As part of the Police Innovation and Leadership Diploma organized by the Dubai Police in collaboration with the Rochester Institute of Technology, two senior officers of the National Police of Pakistan Colonel Kamran Ali and Colonel Omar Farooq praised the Dubai police as an extraordinary model.
