Attempts to smuggle Rs 2 billion from Karachi to Dubai have been foiled, ANF’s raid on Karachi Gateway Terminal recovered 200kg ice crystals in a packet of brutal spices.
The ANF Port Control Unit has foiled an attempt to smuggle more than 2 billion deadly drugs into the Dubai Port by a container, acting on a confidential information.
According to spokesman ANF, 200kg of ice drug was recovered during the operation, worth more than Rs 2 billion in the international market, which was being smuggled from the Karachi Gateway Terminal to Dubai Jabal Ali.
The Port Control Unit team searched the container booked for Dubai after receiving a tip -off, and when the container contained 2,000 packets of brusching spices, which specially hidden ice packets.
According to the spokesman, the consignment was booked by Al -Shams Import Export Multan. After exporting drugs, efforts are being made to arrest the accused.
