Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team also won the last match of the ICC Women’s World Cup qualifier, with the national women’s team defeating the Bangladesh Women by 7 wickets. Thus the national team was unbeaten in the event.
In the World Cup qualifier match played in Lahore, Bangladesh Women scored 178 for 9 in the first game. Pakistan Women achieved the target in the 40th over.
Bangladesh’s Reto Moni scored 48 and Fahima woman scored 44 runs. Pakistani bowler Saadia Iqbal took 3 wickets, Fatima Sana and Diana Baig took 2-2 wickets.
In response, Pakistan met the desired target of three wickets. Maniba Ali scored 69, Aaliyah Riaz scored 52 and Sadra Amin scored 37 runs. It was the fifth consecutive victory in the Pakistan Woman’s team’s qualifier.
