Ulema and Mashaykh protest against dedicated amendment bill in India, thousands of people participated

There is intense anger among Muslims against the dedicated amendment bill in India, which was expressed in a major protest led by Jamiat Ulema in the state of Karnataka. Thousands of scholars, Mashaykh and citizens participated in the protest and raised their voice in favor of the protection of the dedication.

Demonstrators said that “dedicated Muslims have a constitutional right, and we will not allow fascist powers to take away this right.” Participants shouted that the Modi government wants to slaughter the rights of Muslims.

Demonstrators said that we respect the law, but will not allow the constitution to be distorted. This protest is neither against any religion nor any political party, but for the protection of constitutional defense and the rights of minorities.

Participants warned that every attempt to suppress the sound would fail. He said that dedicated bills are a conspiracy to deprive Muslims of their constitutional rights, under which systematic efforts are being made to eliminate the religious identity, cultural heritage and property of Muslims under the patronage of the Modi government.

The protest ended peacefully, but the protesters warned that if the bill was not withdrawn, the movement would be launched nationwide.
